Gasworks were contracted to undertake the auditing of a propane storage facility for GHD and Bechtel.

The owner of the facility is Conoco Philips in JV with Origin and others.

The project took about 12 months to complete all inspections and testing of the propane storage facility on site at Curtis Island off-shore from Gladstone.

There were more than 450 valves and other devices inspected and audited.

Gasworks also reviewed the project on the client’s behalf with DNRM (Department of Natural Resources and Mines) to achieve compliance with requirements of AS1596 and other relevant gas codes.
